| Description: | Bio-Dynamic / Natural. 100% Riesling on vines aged from 5 to 40 years old. Grown on soils of loam, sandstone and limestone. After a day of maceration on the skins, the wine ferments in stainless and neutral oak. Vinified bone dry and bottled unfined, unfiltered. Seckingers making some outstanding natural wines that are bone dry, hazy and savory! Tasting Notes: Intense Riesling fruit with very stimulating grapefruit and citrus aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced between a fine, soft acidity and a high extract, which makes the wine very easy to drink. |
