| Description: | 94 Vm / 94 JS. The 2020 Barbaresco Vallegrande is a classy, elegant wine. Dark cherry, spice, leather, tobacco, incense, rose petal and gravel are all finely cut. Deceptive in its mid-weight structure, the 2020 packs quite a punch. Power and finesse come together here in grand style. Spice, menthol, melted road tar and licorice linger on the ample, imposing finish.- Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media. This is aromatic with dried cherries and raspberries as well as dried blood orange, dried herbs, crushed rose petals, hibiscus and dark spices.
