| Description: | A unique single cask, from indie bottlers Walsh Whiskey. This single malt was initially aged in an ex-bourbon barrel for an undisclosed amount of time. When the time proved right, the whiskey was transferred to an single French oak cask from the Allary cooperage. The cask in question previously held Deau Xo cognac produced by the Legaret family. The ex-cognac cask infuses a wonderful bouquet of jasmine, violet, candied fruit, prune and cinnamon. |
