Should be excellent when it's ready, but that will take some time. 100-year-old Grenache vines grown on lieux-dits La Crau and Pignan, all destemmed and fermented and aged in concrete. The soils are largely sandy; Pierre refers to the father of the sister-and-brother team that now run the estate." |
