Our Pouilly-Fum Domaine des Fines Caillottes is delicious by itself as an aperitif for example. It goes wonderfully well with seafood, sushi, fish, poultry, white meat and certain cheeses, particularly goats. Tasting notes : Expressive nose with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits (grapefruit, peach, mango.). With these aromas, we discover a rich, fullbodied, well balanced, slightly saline mouth, with a good freshness, balance, and a long finish.
