| Description: | Winery Notes: -Blend : 50 % Chardonnay, 41 % Pinot Noir, 9 % Pinot Meunier. The fruit is all from Premier and Grand Cru villages : Le Mesnil sur Oger, Chouilly, Bergres les Vertus, Cumires, Mailly-Champagne, Rilly la Montagne, Sacy. Ageing : 6 years minimum. The nose is expressive and charming, with notes of white peach, honeysuckle and quince, followed by some brioche and exotic fruits. On the palate the Champagne is full and quite open, beautifully balanced and with real richness, with touches of ginger and apricot jam. |
