With his wife, Carine, they selected the best potential terroirs of granite soils at high altitude (400 to 500 meters) and cleared the fields to replant vineyards.They naturally chose to plant the region's indigenous, local grape variety: Gamay Saint Romain. 32 hectares of Gamay Saint Romain and 2 hectares of Viognier are planted on granite soils with high density: between 8,000 and 10,000 vines/hectare.Turbullent Sparkling Rose is a dry, clean and delicious Pet-Nat.
