| Description: | From the brewery: "Have you been naughty this year? This bold red Dipa is built on a clean, crisp base of 2-row, carapils, and victory and imbued with touches of pale chocolate and melanoidin malts to impart a fiery hue. We beat it relentlessly with rods of sticky spruce tips in both the whirlpool and fermenter, and hopped and dry-hopped with a blend of Strata, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook. A sturdy malt backbone is belied by its crisp finish, with big citrusy grapefruit and resinous pine in the nose and bready toffee notes from the malt.
