Produced from organically farmed old vines in the Les Arboises monopole vineyard on the Guiberteau estate, this cuve was matured for around 18 months in 80% new oak casks. With deep, violet-accented red and black fruits, this structured Cabernet Franc retains excellent freshness owing to its firm line of acidity. A fine pairing for barbecued pork kebabs or a rich porcini risotto. |
