| Description: | Markus Bokisch and his wife Liz were among the first to plant Spanish varieties in California back in the 1990s, concentrating on the warm climate of Lodi that's not dissimilar to Catalunya (where Markus's mother comes from). This is a great example of Garnacha Blanca, with aromas on the nose of wax, almonds, white flowers, green apples, and stone fruits followed by a creamy texture on the palate with a touch of spice and fresh acidity. |
