This is a serious Prosecco Superiore Brut with no signs of the playful residual sugar typically found in the extra-dry versions. Key-lime zest, apple, pear, and some minerally flint notes. Very dry, tart, and crisp. Perfect to wake up the palate at the beginning of the festivities. Pair with light appetizers. |
