Earthy, spicy, floral, herb-framed flavors of cherry with gingery wood spice tones. Producer notes Garage Wines (Micro-Negociant) focusing on specific terroirs in Oregon by sourcing the best fruit possible from the Willamette Valley region of Oregon to produce wines which show the individuality of their respected sites. Technical notes We source our fruit from several of the finest vineyards in the Willamette Valley, it is this combination of grapes from a variety of appellations that creates a wine that is broad and complex with many layers. The 2019 vintage we experienced a longer growing season due to the cool weather in autumn which produced complex wines w/ refined acidity! Seven day cold soak, with an additional 18 days of skin contact, fermented in stainless steel; aged in French oak 30% new oak; aged 10 months. |
