Nico Castle is located 35 kilometers south of Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Garonne River. Its history dates back two centuries. Grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils. Age used vines - 20 years. In the process of vinification wort macerated for 12 hours on a "peel", then fermented 5 days at low temperatures.
