| Description: | Practicing Organic Farming. Pelaverga is a grape native to Verduno in Piedmont, and is famous for its spicy aromas. Light and bright, perfect for serving cool (cellar temperature). Fermented at relatively low temperatures with 10 days of maceration and aged in stainless steel for purity and precision of the flavors. Famous for an intensely fragrant nose with marked spicy and balsalm overtones ranging from incense to black pepper and nutmeg, as well as a fruit profile reminiscent of cherry cordial or strawberries with cranberry. |
