| Description: | The Jurassic Park Vineyard sits at 335m in Santa Ynez with sandy, well drained soils, which are laden with limestone and large fossil rich rocks. Cool diurnal shifts allow the grapes to ripen while maintaining the acidity. Lime zest, lemon verbena, raw honey, and a rich creamy texture provide balance for the rocky acidity that rounds the wine out on the finish. A great example of the grape grown in mineral rich soils. |
