Sleek and lightly chalky in texture, this vinous version shows a well-spiced range of wild strawberry, macerated cherry and orange liqueur flavors, with accents of graphite, violet and fennel seed. Long and mouthwatering, with the plushly creamy finish carrying the expressive profile. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Disgorged April 2020. Drink now through 2033. - An, Wine Spectator. Disgorged in March 2020, Vilmart's 2013 Brut Emotion wafts from the glass with aromas of pear, tangerine, red berries and hazelnuts. Medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, it's concentrated and structured, with chalky extract, racy acids and a pillowy mousse.
