This fairly heavy-bodied wine possesses a satisfying richness of flavor. While already enjoyable, Yarden Merlot will improve with a few years of age and remain in good condition for a decade or so. We love Yarden Merlot with lamb, be it braised in a rich stock along with plenty of cumin and a touch of saffron or chops, hot and smoky.
