| Description: | The wines of Site are crafted from grapes sourced from some of California's most distinctive vineyards. Each vintage is approached with a fresh perspective, free from a rigid winemaking style. Instead, the process is adaptable and responsive to the unique characteristics of the vineyard and the vintage. Site sources fruit from just three vineyards: Bien Nacido Vineyards for Syrah, Larner Vineyard for Syrah, Grenache, and Viognier, and Stolpman Vineyards for Roussanne. The winery is managed by Jeremy Weintraub, who also serves as the winemaker at Adelaida Cellars in Paso Robles, CA. Jeremy brings extensive experience to Site, having previously worked as the winemaker at Seavey Vineyard in Napa Valley, and holding various winemaking and grape-growing positions in Paso Robles, Santa Maria, Central Otago, Martinborough, Tuscany, and Long Island. |
