Blended and bottled in Kentucky, the resulting, luscious spirit evokes days and nights spent next to the ocean and is complex in its sensory experience. Sun-ripened apricot and tarragon on the nose transition to a sweet and round palate of more apricot, apple, and overripe pear, amontillado sherry, fresh grapefruit, and rosehip; all is focused with a sharp, rye backbone and a haunting finish full of salinity and daydreams of the seaside. |
