Looking at the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Le Poste Blanc, it's a deep, more concentrated, focused wine than the Hominis Fides Blanc and has thrilling notes of fresh pineapple, white flowers, crushed stone, and minty herbs. It's medium to full-bodied, has a focused, layered mouthfeel, good acidity, and a blockbuster finish. It's a stunning wine that would give a Grand Cru White Burgundy a run for its money.-Jeb Dunnuck. More refined and subtle than the Hominis Fides Blanc, the 2021 Cotes du Rhone Le Poste is also 100% Clairette, but it's from older vines in a nearby vineyard.
