Every element is crafted by proud Mexican hands, highlighting the artistry and tradition of Mexican craftsmanship. Produced by Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados S.a. de C.v., a distillery with over five generations of agave cultivation experience, this tequila undergoes a meticulous process. The agave, sourced from Los Altos de Jalisco and aged for eight years, is harvested using the Jima method and processed with deep well water, roller mills, and masonry ovens. After fermentation accompanied by Baroque and Classical music, the tequila is double distilled in copper pots and aged for around 50 months in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels. It is hand bottled and undergoes rigorous quality control. The Extra Aged Tequila Reserva Especial Flor y Canto, with a mahogany color and a rich aroma and flavor profile, is a testament to this careful craftsmanship.
