| Description: | Wine maker notes Formerly the farmers worked this enclosed plots on poor soils : they were "losing their bread ! ". Since then the vineyard took place. The vine melon B. took a seat on this qualitative soil. It produces a naturally rich, fruity and distinguished wine and of a big sharpness. The wine-making "on lees" gets it a harmony and a freshness appreciated of the connoisseurs. Best served between 9 and 11°C (about 50°F) on table or with friends, it is the wine of all the moments.
