So, we try to accentuate that savory and spice character with more whole cluster." The Swk is the northwest corner of the Bodega Headlands property, the highest point on the property most exposed to the weather. Pale to medium ruby-purple, the 2016 Pinot Noir Swk Vineyard opens with warm cranberry sauce, rhubarb, pomegranate and crushed red cherries with blueberry sparks and notes of tangerine peel, crushed rock, potpourri, peppered meats and dried herbs scents.
