| Description: | This varietal was planted here in the south of Portugal in 2001 on soils of basalt, granite and schist. A very rich nose of peach and apricot like fruit, a note of honey and flinty mineral notes, that granite starting to show and evne more minerality on the second day as the wine opens but still lots of tree fruits coming out. A rich and creamy wine on the tongue with a good amount of citrus and tree fruit on the tongue, with a long finish, well built with a strong sence of minerality on the finish, very distinct. Finish 45+ Excellent. |
