Juice and must gets to sit in a barrel and oxidation starts before aging to give extra flavor, texture, earth, and depth. Lees and neutral oak, but very expressive of Chenin Blanc in general. It's the family's favorite grape to work with, and they are clearly pretty good at it. – ABV: 12.5% |
