This is a wild, rich red packed with bright, serious dark fruit and an unruly streak of mushroomy earth. This changes the game in terms of Austrian reds. Serving Suggestion: Bistec alla Fiorentina, rare. Savory mushroom pies, or veggie kebabs on the grill. |
