As the largest percentage of this appellation blend, Clos du Vals purity of fruit, ideal acidity and velvety tannins make for a well balanced foundation beautifully backed by Round Ponds richness and characteristic Rutherford dust earthiness. Stagecoach Vineyard contributes added power and structure with its concentrated fruit, firm tannins and classic mountain Cabernet influence while Rutherford AVA rounds out the blend with further elegance, depth and complexity. |
