| Description: | The Eloquence expression is Vergnon's extra-brut, sourced form Grand Cru villages around le Mesnil Sur Oger, Oger and Avize. 100% Chardonnay from a base vintage of 2017 and 20% reserves with with a 3g/L dosage and 3 years on the lees. The aromatics and textures are very well distributed across the senses, with almond, brioche, beeswax and graham cracker. Crisp citrus evolves into a fine mousse on the palate, proving to be a very sturdy champagne for the price. |
