Made from the pomace of 100% Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) from ARPEPEs Rocce Rosse vineyard, located in the Sassella subzone of the Valtellina DOCG Distilled on the Invitti familys all-copper continuous column still, heated by controlled steam for gentler distillation. Rested for two years in stainless steel Vintage dated; distilled from only one harvests pomace. Tasting Notes,.
