Keep Cold - Drink Fresh! Technical notes Abv: 4.8%. Producer Lawson's Finest is a small batch artisanal microbrewery located in Warren, Vermont. Our goal is to provide local brews of the highest quality and freshness, while crafting unique new recipes and emulating the best of widely appreciated styles. Our beer is custom crafted in small batches at a modest production facility tucked in the woods, on the east flank of Lincoln Mountain. Sean has earned critical acclaim & an enthusiastic fan following. He started his 1bbl nano-brewery, with his wife Karen in 2008 after 20 years of home brewing. His specialty maple beers & IPA's have garnered awards at the World Beer Cup, Great American Beer Festival, and at two National Ipa championships (2011 - Triple Play Ipa and 2016- Super Session #2). Lawson's Finest grew to a 7bbl system in 2011 in a small sugarhouse style shed next to their home. Sean now also brews several of his IPA's at Two Roads Brewing in Stratford, Ct. Sean is a graduate of the University of Vermont, with Bs in Environmental Science and Ms in Forestry. His first career was as a scientist and educator. Sean continues to lead outings with the Naturalist Program he founded in 1996 at Mad River Glen ski area. Sean serves as President of Vermont Brewers Association. Our beer can be found on draft, in bottles, and in cans from the Mad River Valley to Montpelier, Waterbury, the Upper Valley and Burlington. In addition, thanks to our partnership with Two Roads Brewing, Sean travels to their facility in Stratford, Ct to brew Lawson's Finest Sip of Sunshine Ipa and Super Session #2. It is then packaged into kegs and cans and distributed through our own wholesale company to the local Vermont market as well as locations in Connecticut through Hartford Distributors Inc. and Star Distributing. |
