Cenote Cristalino comes from the finest American Oak casks that previously aged our Aejo for more than a year. Using our proprietary signature filtration process, we meticulously extract the amber hue imparted by the wood barrel, while not sacrificing the beautiful aromas of the aged spirit, resulting in a mellow, matured Aejo tequila brilliant in clarity, earning the title "Critalino". Crystal clear, with aromas of roasted agave, vegetal herbs married with white pepper spice and hints of vanilla. Layered with flavors of subtle vanilla, fresh cut herbs, dark chocolate, cinnamon and spice and an elegant finish with a warm and memorable toasted spice. |
