| Description: | 60% Grenache, 40% Cinsault. Vegan friendly, Sustainable farming. The vineyard is 148 acres (60 hectares). The vines are planted on south-facing slopes and are an average of 30 years old. The soil is made up of clay, chalk and limestone. The vines look out over the Mediterranean, where the winds of the sea are loaded with rich elements that come through the vines and give the wines exceptional quality and southern elegance. Tasting Notes - Pale pink and bursting with ripe, red fruits of raspberry and cherries accompanied by a subtle, mineral finish. Crisp acidity makes this a lively Provence-style ros that is refreshing and easy to drink. Perfect for an aperitif, or great to pair with grilled fish, fresh salads and soft cheeses. |
