Easy-drinking, harmonious and crisp wine. 10 - 12°c Fish, seafood and light starters. Appetizing for the aperitif. Marsanne Mainly sandy soils giving pure and round wines. Gentle pneumatic pressing followed by rigorous clarification. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, lees stirring, followed by early bottling to preserve freshness. now and within 2 years of harvest |
