Out of respect for our territory originated the decision to begin the process of conversion of the azienda to organic farming, firmly determined to express itself through a craft production characterised by manual handling. From this approach were born two distinct kinds of Brunello: Tassi and Franci, two wines originating from distinct vineyards in order to preserve and promote the unique qualities of each. |
