| Description: | color: Medium deep ruby red colour. Nose: Delicate nose of fresh black plums, black cherries and some hints of violets. Palate: On the palate, it is rounded, fruity with appealing fine and chalky tannins. The finish is lovely and very fresh. Best served at room temperature (17-18°C) with roasted red meats, lamb stews, selection of hard cheeses and why not on its own. Ready to drink now but can still age for another 3 years. |
