Sometimes called the "baby Monte Bello," the Estate Cab is just that little more approachable when young. Floral and slightly herbaceous but also rich and fruity, with blackcurrant/cassis, blackberry, plum, and dill leading on to a palate with firm, gripping tannins, lifting acidity, and a long finish.
