Description: | The story goes: Piero fell off a fermentation tank, and ended up injured and contemplative. During his period of healing, he was inspired to make a wine with no added sulfites, and the "Sin Azufre" was born! This Pinot Noir is fresh and excuberant, jumping out of the glass with lovely aromatics, and elegant red-fruit on the palate. Aging for 7 months in 52% in french oak barrels (4% new), 39% in concrete tanks, and 9% in handmade amphoras. // From Bodega Chacra's website: "Sin Azufre is an experiment of making wine without science, using only the eyes, nose, palette, and reasoning as tools.
