| Description: | Organically Farmed. 100% Merseguera. This medium-bodied white is lightly aromatic with citrus and stone fruits, blossoms, and a slight toasty quality from extended lees aging. The spice and balsalm hints are accented by the very light use of oak. Though made with minimal intervention, it's a well-balanced, tasty expression of Merseguera!. "In the glass, it has a soft straw color with golden reflections. "On the nose, aromas of ripe lemon, green apricots, grapefruit and blood oranges stand out. The aeration of the wine provides an iodized mineral veil that closes the fruit set. The palate is very friendly and fresh, with impressive fluidity! The flavors of citrus and fine pastries are very defined and persistent throughout its journey. It highlights a velvety and intense acidity that generates the impulse to repeat drinks without fatigue. Its finish is delicate and long on citrus and mineral notes, closing its nose in a perfect circle with the aftertaste. It is a wine that goes very well with fresh oysters, fish in ceviche, salted fish from the coast and steamed clochinas." - Winery Notes.
