Description: | Tasting Notes\r\nPowerful balsamic notes, mature fruit, unctuous: a fleshy wine that satisfies the identity of the Monastrell variety from the old vineyards of El Sequ\u00e9. Produced from 100 % estate-grown fruit, this wine has a clear Mediterranean influence, with warm and calm nuances of black fruit and soft aromas and tastes of balsamic and aromatic plants. This is a wine with an authentic Mediterranean character.\r\nVinification in open top vats with cold maceration during 48 hours and fermentation during 12-14 days with two\u201cpisages\u201d a day\u00a0 and a small pumping over.\r\nAbout Artadi\r\nARTADI, a history linked to the remembrance and know-how of our ancestors, non industrial and based in the passion and respect for the vineyard.\r\n1985,Laguardia. A group of vine-growers, village men and women with rooted traditions and their focus on their vineyards and wines, found ARTADI.\r\nIn 1992 the Lacalle and Laorden family take control of the project. The obsession for vine growing and the cult to the vineyard led us to discover characteristics that define the personality of unique wines: wines which are a reflection of their origin. That same conviction was the one who brought us to expand our project in 1996 in Navarra (Artazu), in 1999 in Alicante (El Sequ\u00e9) and in 2015 in Guip\u00fazcoa (Izar-Leku).\r\nOur grandparent\u2019s experiences became wisdom and a pattern of life.\r\nWe keep alive the viticultural traditions of our ancestors, fighting against the destructive advances that chemistry has introduced into industrialized and disrespectful agricultural management.
