| Description: | Celler de Capcanes creates a line of high-quality, terroir-driven Kosher from their old-vine Monsant vineyards. The Peraj Petita blend is 45% Garnacha, 20% Tempranillo, 20% Merlot, 15% Syrah, aged party in steel and then for 10 months in a combination of French and American oak. This wine is elaborated following Jewish Law and under the supervision of the prestigious Rabbinate Ou from the USA and Kosher Federation of London in close collaboration with local Rabbis of Chabad Lubavitch. It is Kosher for passover and not mevushal. |
