| Description: | Our Winemaker, Wolfgang Barzen, has created this well-balanced white wine from grapes grown in premium quality, steeper vineyards that provide ideal terroir for this style of wine. The result is a wine with an elegant bouquet showing subtle citrus notes. Its fresh acidity is balanced by grapefruit and citrus fruit character with a long, crisp and dry finish. This wine goes very well with spicy Asian cuisine, particularly lighter dishes such as seafood or chicken. Due to its fresh crispness, it is also very enjoyable on its own, when it can be enjoyed as an aperitif. |
