| Description: | "clos De La Croix Noire". Philippe Bouzereau Jr. took over the Domaine at the old Chateau Clos de Citeaux site in 2006 and has proved that being a farmer first and foremost leads to great winemaking. The stony marl and limestone provide classic crushed oyster shell aromas, pairing perfectly with the tropical aromas of the grape. Tiny amounts of the 25% new oak provide hazelnuts while the overall profile is pulled along by citrus and minerals. |
