| Description: | "The first Shebang cuvee labeled 'old vine cuvee' as 92% of the fruit hails from vines planted before 1922. The blend is 60% Zinfandel with the balance being Carignan, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and assorted 'mix blacks'. The wine sees about 15% new French oak. All native yeasts fermentation and all the fermentations are done in-house with the same care we put into the Bedrock wines." —winemaker |
