| Description: | Located in the under-the-radar village of Sablet, the Domaine has 3.5 hectares of holdings in Gigondas, where the 40-year-old vines are rooted in clay soil with silt and sand. The blend of 65% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah relies on precision and refinement, pouring a light Burgundy color while peeling back layers of earth, leather, black cherry and spice. The tannins are incredibly integrated with smoky aromas, herbs, red plums and the usual power of the Southern Rhône. |
