Continuing to the palate this sits between red and blue fruit with notes of strawberry, red cherry, black currant leaf, black pepper, wet stone, baking spice, wet leaves, and touches of residual farmyard. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, medium chalky tannins. Mid palate experiences a lush mix of fruity berries. Overall, it is a medium bodied wine that is good for a slight chill. It finishes with a medium length. |
