| Description: | Sourced from Chile's oldest, continuously family owned Pais (AKA Mission), biodynamically farmed and over 200 years old. This is a bad-ass wine aged in tinaja (amphorae), native fermentation, and a tiny amount of stem inclusion. An extra light purple hue holds aromas of strawberry seeds, cinnamon, anise, coriander, rose water, and woodsy notes. Fresh acidity provides just the right amount of depth and finish to bulk up the often grapey flavor of País/Mission. |
