| Description: | The Crémant d'Alsace owes a large part of its finesse and originality to the unique personality of each of the Alsace grape varieties, and to the ideal conditions enjoyed by the vineyards : a dry, sunny climate with vineyards slopes bathed in the rising sun and special geological conditions. Grapes varieties : Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. Soil : Clay-limestone and sand. Tasting note : Bubbles' are fine and delicate. The nose is endowed with brioche and fruits aromas. The first contact is elegant and flavorfull with an expression of richness. The finish is underlined by a nice salinity.
