The palate is dominated by red fruit flavors such as blackcurrant and raspberry. Nice mature complexity on the palate. Drinking tips: Perfect for celebrating a beautiful sunset as well with chocolate brownies and strawberry cheesecake. Also pairs well with white meat and delicate Asian food. |
