The Zweigelt grape and its lesser-known half-brother, Blauburger, have less than a century of existence under their belts, but that doesn't deter them from fueling this light-bodied, pale, and very flavorful dry rosé with spry wisdom and vibrant energy. Relatively low in alcohol, this is destined to become one of our favorite diurnal sippers in no time! Serving Suggestion: Yakitori skewers – chicken, quail egg, & pork belly! Other preparations of crispy grilled chicken. Peppery fried red cabbage, onion, & diced pineapple. |
