| Description: | There are only 5 rows of Nebbiolo grown at the Heringer Estates in Clarksburg. The vines are pruned and cropped in a complete opposite manner of the Italian vines across the globe. Partial-carbonic from the weight of the musts creates a beautiful freshness balancing out the grape's natural acidity. One tinge darker than rosé, fruit flavors of bitter strawberry, watermelon, orange zest and orange creamsicle. Bone-dry, high-acid, light fruit, yet delicate, pretty and balanced. |
